"Quick reply to text for service, scheduled appointment for the next day but said he would try to come out the same day if something opened up. He wasn't able to come the same day but he did reply to let me know his other appointment was longer than expected so he would have to come for the original time scheduled. He was on time for the appointment and now my A/C is cooling again. Will use again."
