The technician has always arrived at our home on time based on the date and time the appointment was scheduled. On our initial(first) appointment, the technician diagnosed our problem when other heating & AC company technicians were unable to to do. The technician was always knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The technician always cleaned the service area after servicing the unit to our satisfaction and always recommended things we should do to keep our unit working properly.
