"I had my central air conditioning unit serviced (repaired) just prior to leaving town for a few days. The unit was working when I left. When I returned several days later, on a Saturday evening, it was not functioning. I texted Ed Riemer to set up another repair visit for the upcoming week. Instead, Ed came out the following day, on Sunday afternoon, to do the work. He found and repaired the problem, which turned out to be an intermittent fault that was not easy to detect. There was no charge for the visit. Del-Mar-Va Heating & A/C stood behind their work and went beyond the call of duty to avoid inconveniencing me.
